On-Campus Activities Fully Resumed

We are pleased to inform that in-person extracurricular activities have resumed as of today. It is heartening to have our students back on campus, not just for academic pursuits, but also for recreational purposes.

We are grateful to the Beijing local government for their sponsorship, which has enabled all international students of the of International Studies to participate in a joint activity aimed at acquiring knowledge about Chinese woodcraft. The session began with a brief presentation by a local expert on the ancient craft of Chinese woodwork, following which students were challenged to build a wooden bridge, utilizing ancient strategies.

Despite the challenge posed, the atmosphere was filled with laughter, and students had an opportunity to interact with peers from different programs and research fields. This initiative was a wonderful opportunity for our students to gain insight into Chinese culture and to unwind from the rigors of academic life.
